Supplied and installed Leeds, Bradford

This project started as a problem with a damp floor in a brand new house. The builders had been in a hurry to sell the house and layed a laminate plank onto a concrete floor that had not dried out, and therefore all of the planks started lifting at the edges within weeks of the owners moving in.

Firstly we used F.Ball, F 75, 2 coat epoxy resin damp proof membrane with the appropriate screeds to deal with the damp problem and then finished the job by laying Kanrdean Opus SP215 Ferra tiles with a 3mm silver metalic design strip.

  1. We were extremely impressed with the finish of our floor and the excellent fitting which went so smoothly. We were well-informed at every stage – the layers of Epoxy dried quickly and it was a completely stress-free job at a very competitive price. We are so impressed that we’ll be using this company again for future projects.
    Thanks guys.

  2. Mike helped at all stages of our kitchen and hall flooring job – following a burst pipe he looked after the drying, screeding, levelling of the floor, and applying the damp proof membrane; helped us choose the right laminate (Karndean), and did a fantastic job laying the smartest floor you’ve ever seen throughout the downstairs. Thanks Mike.
